Spid is a logistics and delivery platform that connects users with delivery services, partners, and riders. Our platform facilitates the coordination of shipments, tracking, and payment processing for delivery services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Delivery Services

Spid acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent delivery partners and riders. We do not directly provide delivery services but facilitate connections between parties.

5.1 Shipment Responsibility

Users are responsible for accurate description of items being shipped and compliance with applicable shipping regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited from being shipped through our platform, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that violate applicable laws.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is processed through our integrated payment providers. By using our payment services, you agree to the terms of our payment processors and authorize charges for services used.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Spid platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Spid and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spid harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
